The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. For consumer disputes you may turn to a consumer arbitration body; in Spain the official consumer arbitration system (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo) is available. There is no obligation to participate.
