How well people feel their job fits them is strongly linked to their satisfaction, but hardly at all to their performance.

For you: If you feel underchallenged at work, look at the fit first rather than doubting your own abilities.

Self-knowledge

Type tests are of little help in choosing a career

The popular MBTI sorts people into types that do not exist in that form and does not justify any career recommendation. The five major personality factors (Big Five) are more reliable.
