Together we clarify what fits with your work and your family life, and plan your return so that it fits your everyday life.
For women who want to return to work after a mental, chronic or other prolonged illness. Together we look at what you feel able to take on, how many hours you would like to start with and how you explain the time in your CV and in interviews.

Five to ten years after their first child, mothers in Germany earn around 61 percent less than would be expected without a child, while fathers earn practically the same. A large part of this is due to fewer working hours.
For you: Part-time as a way back in is normal. But plan to increase your hours again later.
Each year of career break after giving birth reduced pay on return by 3 to 5.7 percent (data from West Germany). Mothers who returned to their previous employer more often found good job quality there.
For you: Keep in touch with your old employer and plan your return to work early.
